Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all US states.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are starting with the US market and once we have our operations running smoothly we will expand internationally. Thank you for being patient with us.
If you reside outside of the US and would like to order TwoThirtyTwo, please email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com. We’d be delighted to hear from you.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250.
We currently offer 2 shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $7 (3–5 business days once shipped)
- Expedited Shipping: $20 (1–3 business days once shipped)
Please keep in mind orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of being placed.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. We will do our best to get it out to you as quickly as we can. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
How long will delivery take?

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer Expedited Shipping with a typical delivery time of 1-3 business days once shipped.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are packed and shipped from New Jersey.
Our garments are thoughtfully made in Portugal and imported with care.
What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
If your tracking info hasn’t updated in a few days or your package seems to be missing, don’t worry - reach out to us at hello@twothirtytwo.com, and we’ll look into it right away.
Can I update my address, modify my order, or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.
That said, if you need to update your address, modify your items, or cancel your order, please email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date as long as items are unworn with the original tags attached. We cannot offer free returns at this time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you’d like to return an item, please email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a return label and walk you through the next steps. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow for 2-3 business days for returns to be received and inspected before a refund is processed. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return. Please take care when packing up your order to be sent back us.
As a small brand, we pour our hearts into every product we create. Because of our limited inventory and resources, returns are quite impactful on our business. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in trying to keep returns to a minimum.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not have the capacity to offer product exchanges due to our small batch production and limited inventory. However, we do offer exchanges for store credit. In the case of store credit, we will cover the return shipping costs. Store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
Please allow for 2-3 business days for exchanges to be received and inspected before a store credit is processed. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted. Please take care when packing up your order to be sent back us.
How do I start a return / exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a return label and walk you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the cases of exchanges for store credit, we will cover the return shipping.
Can I return a gift?
If you received a TwoThirtyTwo piece as a gift, we can exchange it for store credit. Please reach out to us at hello@twothirtytwo.com with the gift receipt and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Please allow for 2-3 business days for returns to be inspected before a refund or store credit is processed.
Once your return is approved, you can expect your refund on the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Do you offer free returns?
At this time, we do not offer free returns.
We will provide you with a return label and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. In the cases of exchanges for store credit, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our pieces are intentionally designed with an oversized fit to allow room for growth and extended wear.
Our sizing is based off a child’s height. We recommend sizing up if your child is close to the end of one size. If they fall in the middle, we recommend choosing the size that applies to them. For example: for a child who is 42 inches (107 cm), we recommend choosing size 39-45 in / 100-115 cm. If they are 45 inches (115 cm), then we recommend selecting the next size up, 45-51 in / 115-130 cm.

What does “oversized fit” mean?
It means our clothing is designed to be relaxed and roomy - intentionally. We believe in longevity over fast turnover, so our garments are made to fit now and later. The oversized silhouette allows for movement, layering, and growing room without compromising on style or comfort.

Do your clothes run true to size?
Our clothes are designed to be oversized at first so that a child can wear them across several growth spurts (and so that it fits across different body types). We recommend sizing according to your child’s height, opting to size up if they are closer to the end of a size’s height range. If you prefer a more snug or tailored look, consider sizing down.

Our Clothing & Materials
Where are you products made?
All of our clothing is made in Portugal.
We partner with trusted factories that specialize in small-batch production. We’ve chosen Portugal not only for its expertise, but for its commitment to environmental responsibility and fair labor practices.
Are your clothes sustainable?
Please see our standards page to understand why we don’t love the word sustainable, and about the values behind TwoThirtyTwo.
But, all in all, we are deeply proud of the clothes we make and how we run our business. We don’t claim to be perfect but we do promise to continuously learn and do better.
If we have to answer this question we would say yes - our clothes are sustainable because we use resources today in a way that meets current needs while also considering the future generations to meet their own needs. We designed our clothes with simplified sizing so that you don’t need to buy so frequently as kids grow. We prioritize using natural fibers from regenerative farms. Safer materials for kids’ skin farmed holistically. If we need to use elastane or hardware, we use recycled materials. We work with factories we can visit to build human connections so we know where our stuff is being made. We set high standards for ourselves when it comes to our Restricted Substances List (RSL) and, we are constantly learning and challenging ourselves on all responsible standards and topics. We challenged ourselves to see if we can do this differently and will continue to push forward as long as we can.
What materials do you use?
Our launch collection is entirely made up of regenerative cotton and organic cotton (we opt for regenerative cotton wherever we can). We choose natural materials always - TwoThirtyTwo was started on the mission to remove synthetic materials from children’s clothing.
Do you clothes contain synthetic materials?
Our garments are made from natural materials - never synthetics next to the skin.
We do use recycled polyester thread for labels and embroideries, as it's currently the most durable option we’ve found. We also use recycled elastane within the waistband of our pants to support longer wear as a child grows. Every design decision is made with longevity in mind, so your pieces can be worn, loved, and passed on.
What is garment dye?
Garment dyeing means each piece is dyed after it’s been cut and sewn - not as a roll of fabric. This process uses less water and allows us to produce in smaller batches without overcommitting to unused materials.
It also creates subtle variations in tone, giving each piece a rich, one-of-a-kind color. It’s one of the details that makes each piece unique.
To preserve the essence of the dye, wash with care - with like colors, in cold water - and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Care Guide
How should I wash my TwoThirtyTwo pieces?
We recommend washing our garments in cold water, on a gentle cycle, and with like colors. Dry flat and, if needed, iron at low temperature. This helps preserve the integrity of the fabric, color, and overall shape of the piece — especially since many of our styles are garment-dyed.
Can I put my TwoThirtyTwo pieces in the dryer?
We recommend air drying to help your pieces last longer and maintain their shape. Heat can break down natural fibers over time, so skipping the dryer is one of the easiest ways to extend the life of your clothes.
Do your clothes shrink?
Our garments are made from natural materials, so a small amount of shrinkage may occur if exposed to high heat. To avoid this, always wash in cold water and air dry.
How do I care for garment dyed clothing?
Garment-dyed pieces should be washed with like colors in cold water. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the richness of the dye.
