Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250.

We ship to all US states from our shipping warehouse in New Jersey.

Standard Shipping: $7 (3–5 business days)

Expedited Shipping: $20 (1–3 business days)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

 

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are starting with the US market and once we have our operations running smoothly we will expand internationally. Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date as long as items are unworn with the original tags attached. We cannot offer free returns at this time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow for 2-3 business days for returns to be received and inspected before a refund is processed. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return. Please take care when packing up your order to be sent back us.

 


Exchanges:

We currently do not have the capacity to offer exchanges due to our small batch production and limited inventory. However, we do offer exchanges for store credit. In the case of store credit, we will cover the return shipping costs. Store credit is valid for one year from issue date.

To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@twothirtytwo.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
